- Project for the expansion of the Vadò industrial zone over an area of approx. 650,000 m2
- Assistance with the purchase of the entire area from about different 320 owners, preparation of urban planning and design variants, procedure to obtain grants for infrastructure from the European Union.
- Construction of ca. 25 buildings for individual users, with a usable floor area of approx. 100,000 m2, negotiations and definition of design and financial conditions (building projects by GIUGIARO Design, partner in the initiative)
